I like to talk about power quality and energy management. It seems that I'm often harping on the hidden effects of all of the newer electronic components in lighting, motor controllers, controllers, computers, etc.

In my reading, I found this blog on power quality. It focuses on some of the issues with energy efficiency technologies. 

I thought you might enjoy seeing someone else's perspectives for a change.

Step II: Investigate the possibility of removing fixtures and/or lamps.

Removing Fixtures

Often when new buildings are built, more fixtures are installed than necessary. This is especially true in office space buildings where tenant improvements have been done.  Often times when a tenant improvement is done, walls are built and or removed and the lighting does not match, this could cause fixtures to be placed in wrong spots or in useless areas.
